Returns and Refunds

1. Our returns policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

2. You may return products anytime with a receipt if they are in used, or original condition.

3. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

5. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.

6. A statement as to why the product was unsatisfactory is mandatory, so that we can improve our customer experiences.
